Having crossed the 40-year mark and with a young daughter, I've realized the crucial importance of taking care of my body and mind. It's not just about my own well-being but ensuring a long, healthy life for my daughter and family. For the past four years, I have dedicated my career to working in a commercial gym, where I have honed my skills and gained extensive experience in coaching for weight loss, rehabilitating individuals after illness and injury, and assisting athletes in achieving their training goals..
